Pinnacle Luxuries Return & Exchange Policy

At Pinnacle Luxuries, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every item we offer. Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a clear, fair, and hassle-free return and exchange policy — fully compliant with U.S. consumer protection laws and the advertising policies of Google and Facebook.


📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original packaging

    • In the same condition as received

  • Final Sale, Clearance, or discounted items are eligible for store credit only.


📧 How to Request a Return or Exchange

All returns must be approved by us via email before shipping any item back. To request a return or exchange:

  2. Subject Line: Return or Exchange

  3. Include:

    • Your full name and order number

    • The reason for the return or exchange

    • Clear photos if the item is defective or damaged

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


🚚 Return Shipping Instructions

Once your return is approved:

  1. We will provide confirmation via email.

  1. After shipping your return, email us the tracking number.

    • Subject Line: Approved Return Tracking Number

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return packages.

  • For items over $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.


🔄 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken or defective:

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or a full refund after we receive the returned item.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • Items purchased with discount codes are only eligible for store credit.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items only. If you need an exchange for the same item:

  • Email us with photos and details using the subject line Return or Exchange

  • We’ll walk you through the process and provide instructions


🎁 Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
